These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Empty Box Media LLC ("GetPressed," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the GetPressed website, mobile application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or affirmatively accepting subscription terms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
GetPressed is an AI-assisted business, marketing, public-relations, and brand-content platform for businesses and creative professionals. The Service uses Anthropic's commercial Claude API and may use AI-assisted web search to produce content and research based on information you provide.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for a company, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and permission to submit its information.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your account information accurate. GetPressed uses passwordless email codes. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account, devices, and active sessions and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at support@getpressed.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts currently receive 3 free generations. Free generations are not a free trial that automatically converts into a paid subscription. You will not be charged unless you select a paid plan, provide payment information through Stripe, and affirmatively agree to the recurring-subscription terms presented before checkout.
Paid plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars and automatically renew each month until canceled:
The checkout page identifies the selected plan, billing frequency, current price, renewal terms, and cancellation method before you authorize payment. Taxes may be added where required. Promotions may be subject to additional terms displayed with the offer.
You authorize GetPressed and Stripe to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed interval until cancellation. Plan changes may take effect immediately and may result in prorated charges or credits as displayed during the change. We may change plan prices or features prospectively after providing advance notice required by applicable law. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price unless you cancel before it takes effect.
You may manage or cancel a subscription online from Account Settings through Stripe's customer portal. Unless the cancellation flow expressly states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with paid access continuing through that period. Deleting your GetPressed account is different: a successful account-deletion request attempts to cancel an active subscription immediately and ends access when the account is deleted.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in an offer, fees are nonrefundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused generations, or unused features. If payment fails, access may be limited or suspended while Stripe retries or the account remains past due.
You retain your rights in business information, tool inputs, uploaded files, and saved content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant GetPressed a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create technical modifications of Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and support the Service and to engage service providers such as Anthropic, Stripe, hosting, storage, and email providers.
You represent that you own Your Content or have all permissions necessary to submit and use it, including personal information, client information, trademarks, images, links, and confidential material. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, regulated health information, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use content generated for you by the Service ("Output") for your business purposes. AI Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar or identical material. GetPressed does not promise that Output qualifies for copyright, trademark, patent, or other legal protection or that it does not affect third-party rights.
AI and web-search Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing Output, verifying factual claims and sources, obtaining necessary permissions, and deciding whether it is suitable before publishing, filing, signing, sending, or relying on it.
Output—including operating agreements, market analysis, business-readiness assessments, financial language, and other templates—is general informational material and is not legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice appropriate to your circumstances.
You may not use the Service to:
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, providers, or others.
Our Privacy Policy describes the information sent to Anthropic, when saved context is included, provider retention, account deletion, and other data practices. GetPressed does not use Your Content or Output to train an AI model and has not opted into an Anthropic program that permits training on GetPressed API content.
You agree to receive electronic communications necessary to operate your account, including authentication codes, billing messages, security notices, support responses, and legally required notices. You may opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe page or link, but essential service communications will continue while your account remains active.
The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, templates, tool structure, and underlying technology, is owned by Empty Box Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Service during your account term. They do not transfer ownership of the Service or GetPressed materials to you.
The Service depends on third parties, including Anthropic, Stripe, hosting providers, email providers, and information or websites returned through web search. Their services, availability, content, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. Links and references do not imply endorsement. GetPressed is not responsible for third-party services or content to the extent permitted by law.
We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance or respond to outages, security events, provider changes, or legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that a particular AI model, feature, or third-party integration will always remain available. You should keep independent copies of important Output and files.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material violation of these Terms, nonpayment, security risk, provider restriction, legal requirement, or conduct that threatens the Service or others. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Serious or urgent violations may result in immediate action.
You may delete your account from Settings. Because deletion is permanent, you should export important content first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EMPTY BOX MEDIA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR OUTPUT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPTY BOX MEDIA LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GETPRESSED DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you and GetPressed agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice and discussion for at least 30 days. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, pricing, or law. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional advance notice when required by law or when a change materially affects active subscribers. Changes will apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where affirmative consent is legally required.
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of all or part of the business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service except for additional terms expressly presented for a plan, promotion, or feature.
