Delete your GetPressed account
You can permanently delete your GetPressed account and associated data from the mobile app or submit a request here if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete inside the app
- Open GetPressed and sign in.
- Open More, then Settings.
- Select Delete Account, then confirm Delete permanently.
This is the fastest option because you are already authenticated.
Request deletion without the app
Enter the email address associated with your account. For your protection, we may contact that address to verify ownership before completing the request.
What deletion includes
A completed account-deletion request removes active account records and associated data, including:
- Business profiles and saved assets
- Associated tasks, generated files, and uploaded media
- Sessions, authentication codes, and generation history
- The associated marketing campaign record
If your account has an active subscription, GetPressed will attempt to cancel it before deletion. If cancellation cannot be completed safely, support will contact you so the subscription can be resolved before the account is removed.
Limited retention
Some limited records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Restricted backups and security logs may persist temporarily until overwritten. These practices are explained in the GetPressed Privacy Policy.
